UrbanWalks 003 - Highway / Mining

Beginning with a walk under the full lenght of the M2 double-decker highway, this walk weaves through the mining district and a few hidden arcades. Hilights include: the art deco Anglo Gold Headquarters, Gardees Arcade tucked under the Franklin apartment complex, the newly rennovated victorian buildings on diagonal street, and a hidden arcade between Jeppe and Bree Street.

Urban Walks 002 - Reflections

Lead by Stephen Hobbs, this walk began with a tour of the underbelly of the Carr Street OFF/ON-Ramp. The rest of the journey then took its queues from 1. Our destination, Ghandi Square and 2. The quest for reflective buildings / facades / objects.
